My manuscript Else was a finalist for the Orison Chapbook Prize. I love Orison Books, and would be ecstatic to be published by them, but not this time.
In the meantime, in the gap between when I sent them this manuscript and when the results of the contest were announced, this book has gone from chapbook length to full manuscript length. Perhaps I'll send it again to Orison under the new category....who knows. This whole submissions thing is so disheartening....
